    #7 1 vs Everyone

I have been spending all my time trying to take the top ten games throughout history and implement them into the world of sports. Last week, I talked about monopoly, but this time I'm taking this a step further and getting the fans involved even more. Allowing the fans to interact with each other brings a new aspect to the world of entertainment.

Have you ever heard of the game 1 vs. 100? One player is selected to play the game as The "One" against 100 other people, collectively known as The Mob. Depending on the format of the game, the player can be selected randomly from the Mob, or selected independently. To win the game outright, the "One" must eliminate all 100 members of the Mob by answering questions correctly.

In order to execute this game at a low-cost, we need a long-term system. We need to eliminate from our brains the thought of a text-based system. Instead of having people text an answer, your team should have a mobile application. This mobile app needs to have an online store filled with products for purchase. The team app also needs a calendar of events, game schedule, roster, tickets, and mobile games. In the mobile games section, the user should be able to create a profile and play the many "in game" competitions your team offers.

So how do we play 1 vs. 100? It's simple, select one lucky fan to play live at your venue. The other fans watching the game at the venue can log on to their account and play the quizzed based game live with the lucky selected fan. To increase the odds, you will have 1 vs. everyone. They will have to answer many questions till they eliminate everyone. This technology is in fact available and mimics the live questioning platform of Viggle

So how is this low cost? The application should cost in between $10,000-$15,000. This includes adding a store and many sections to navigate in between the application. Because this is an application, it allows varieties of advertising to take place within the app. If you're team is successful, advertising within the application will be an excellent source of revenue to pay for the cost of the app.

This is another great opportunity to give the people the power to entertain themselves and advertise on one of the screens 4 screens of marketing. I hope that my blog is inspiring many of you to create your own entertainment within your venue. If your team is having roadblocks in the creative process I urge you to get together (not just for drinks) and get back to the roots of entertainment. Trust me, you will be surprised with what you come up with.

    Take Care
